SCIENCE FAIR


HSA Columbus High School

Horizon Science Academy Middle School will be holding our Annual Science Fair and we would greatly appreciate if you would consider volunteering a couple of hours for the event to judge the students work.The students,with assistance from mentors,teachers,and parents,have worked very hard to prepare these projects.The time has come for these projects to be judged.We are asking for your help! The Science Fair will be on Thursday,January 21,2016,from 8.00 am to 11.30 pm at HSA Middle School location(2350 Morse Rd. Columbus,OH,43229).As a judge we ask that you to be promptly at 8.00am The schedule for judging the Science Fair is as follows: 8:00-8.30 Judges Breakfast/Orientation 8.34-11:00 Judging will begin promtly at 8.34 11.00-11.30 Lunch for Judges. 4.30-6.00 Award Assembly Distribution of Certificates and Awards When finished judging,please return to judge's room to finish your calculations.Submit your results as soon as you you are finished.Science Fair typists will personalze certificates and compile list of winners in preparation for the Awards Assembly. Coffee,tea,and donuts will be available in the conference room for your convenience and lunch will be provided at eleven. Please consider our sincere request to act as a judge for our annual science fair.I also ask that you please pass this information along to any individual you feel may be interested.
